This patch adds new ISD nodes, FCVTZS_MERGE_PASSTHRU &
FCVTZU_MERGE_PASSTHRU, which are used to lower the
following intrinsics:
- llvm.aarch64.sve.fcvtzu
- llvm.aarch64.sve.fcvtzs
