Enables MLIR integrations tests for SVE on the SVE-capable buildbots.

@DavidSpickett I know that you are looking after this one - is this OK? This might put an extra burden on this buildbot, but we have no other upstream testing for these tests ATM :(

If they need testing they need testing. The one bot currently running (clang-aarch64-sve-vla) will be slightly slower, that's fine.

Assuming you know they are passing right now, this LGTM.
