Fix runtest/test_suite.shtest test

Summary

Commit 81f67a894aef65812010e6d2d1b51c2963f8bc2d added a new code size
metric to the CSV report template but did not update the corresponding
CHECK-CSV FileCheck directives, leading the test to fail. This commit
fixes the problem.
