There is PHINode::getBasicBlockIndex(), PHINode::setIncomingBlock()
and PHINode::getNumOperands(), but no function to replace every
specified BasicBlock* predecessor with some other specified BasicBlock*.
Clearly, there are a lot of places that could use that functionality.
