[UBSan] Test: Move coverage-levels.cc out of Linux directory

This test is working on a Mac.
Ed Maste: Can you test on FreeBSD, please? To know if we need to tag it as XFAIL.

Are there any buildbots testing the sanitizers on FreeBSD? If no one replies, I can just commit and check the bots later.

There is http://lab.llvm.org:8011/builders/sanitizer_x86_64-freebsd, but it's red at the moment. I'm happy with the change as long as build bots accept it.
