Thank you oyalesalami. It looks like these instructions don't actually exist anymore so shouldn't be documented.

Since the instructions don't exist now, would you mind abandoning this revision? It should be an option in the right sidebar.

These instructions do not exist anymore, so there is no need for documentation on them.
