LWG3754 Class template expected synopsis contains declarations that do
not match the detailed description

This parts of the detailed synopsis that is not copied in libc++, so
effectively there's nothing to do.

Thanks for the review. I think it's not really worth the effort to cherry-pick it. It causes some work for several people and I expect most people not to look at the status tables shipped with libc++. Instead I expect people to look at the tables at our website, which will up to date.
