Summary

Hi,

As of now, libFuzzer is located in compiler-rt and is bundled with Clang's toolchain by default.
I believe this makes adding it explicitly to a distribution unnecessary (and there is no library named LLVMFuzzer anymore as well, it is arch/os-dependent)
