Add additional buildbots to my notification list

Summary

Add all of the buildbots I'm responsible for to my notification list so that I receive emails when they fail. This patch adds two new ones as well as adding me to a third one that I previously did not watch, but decided I should for completeness and since my name is on it as the buildbot owner.
