What would ActivePrefix be on a Haiku system when building with the package tools for a base install?

I am guessing it would be /boot/system, as opposed to say /usr or /usr/local.

This is pretty much the only real functional patch left in the Haiku haikuports package.

This is ok to me if a Haiku developer can report that this still applies.
