Try to enable TestProcessAttach tests on Linux

Summary

Ran 5K iterations in debug and release configurations - tests didn't stuck.
Let's give it a try to build bot.

I'm afraid that we still have some test suite issues, which seem to manifest from time to time on the buildbot with attach test cases. But by all means, do give it a try...
