Unicode support on Win32.

Unicode support on Win32.

Win32 API calls that are Unicode aware require wide character
strings, but LLDB uses UTF8 everywhere. This patch does conversions
wherever necessary when passing strings into and out of Win32 API

Hmm, looks like this wasn't automatically linked to the differential revision (possibly it only looks at the last line of the message for 'Differential Revision'? Or expects a blank line first?). Is there any way to manually link it? My code review is still in 'requires action' instead of 'closed by revision...'.

Probably because I was the one that committed even though you own the
revision. I don't think there's a way to link it after the fact. I've
already accepted it, so just use "Close Revision" and optionally leave a
message if you want mentioning the commit #

Weird, it worked for the patch to LLVM that was also committed on my behalf (rL263247).
I'll close the review manually, thanks, I didn't see that option.
