[clang-tidy] misc-non-private-member-variables-in-classes: ignore implicit methods
Otherwise we don't warn on a struct containing a single public int, but
we warn on a struct containing a single public std::string, which is
@hans any chance this could be merged into 8.0 please?
That is a new check, it will be it's first release,
would be great to avoid such notable differences with further versions,
especially since there weren't rc0 yet, i think..
