Since llvm-readobj is a low-level inspection tool, the Reserved field should also be printed (even more so than unused fields).

As a rule of thumb: Use DictScope for key-value pairs. Usually there's only a fixed amount of these per scope, like a single symbol info. Use ListScope if you want to delimit a list of things. Usually there's a loop printing the contents, and the amount is not fixed, like a list of symbols or sections. HTH!

LGTM except that this check should not be done for MinGW (and on a related note, I wish MSVC would behave the same since I can't see the benefit of this diagnostic).
This revision has been superseded by incremental patches which have made it into ToT.

I also have a few more tests you should use. For example currently sema diagnoses dllimport redeclarations and drops this attribute, but class template member functions would still be imported.
