Remove sqlite3 and tramp3d-v4 from the test suite for PowerPC

Summary

Remove sqlite3 and tramp3d-v4 from the test suite for PowerPC until it is figured out why they fail when the lnt tests are run with -jN (N>1).

Using -j will let us reduce the runtime of the lnt test.

Only one small comment: Do we normally put a FIXME in the files to indicate this is temporary and we expect to undo it at some point in the (near) future?
